Delivery & Lead Time
At sidiz.au, we aim to provide the best shipping experience for our customers. Please take the time to read our Shipping Policy carefully before placing your order. By placing an order with us, you are agreeing to our Shipping Policy.
Shipping Time Frames
We ship to most locations within Australia except for PO boxes and remote destinations. Delivery times may vary depending on the items ordered and your location. Standard delivery time frames are between 5-35 business days, while regional areas, other towns, and cities may take 10 or more business days longer.
If the item is in stock, it will be dispatched as soon as possible. However, if the item is out of stock, it may take up to 8 weeks to become available for dispatch. We will notify you of any delays or changes to your order via email.
Please note that regional and interstate deliveries will generally incur additional lead time. If you have any questions about delivery times, please contact our customer service team.
Product Restrictions
Please note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to remote destinations. If you would like to ask if we can ship to your location, please contact us before placing your order.
Delivery Couriers
We use 3rd party delivery couriers for most of our deliveries. All orders made online will be delivered to ground floor and front door deliveries only. If you need your delivery to be made to a floor level (lift or stairs), please arrange this beforehand with our Customer Service representatives by emailing us or contacting us via Web Chat.
Delivery Access
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that there is reasonable access to allow the goods to be delivered. If the goods are unable to be delivered due to access, cancellation fees may apply depending on whether the product was customized or not. The fee will be charged in addition to the actual cost of delivery and collection of the product.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs, if applicable, are non-refundable as we utilize third-party couriers. Shipping costs cover ground floor deliveries with good site access, single site delivery only, and may involve multiple deliveries. Please note that shipping costs do not include unpacking, assembly, or installation, unless otherwise arranged. If you have any questions about shipping costs, please contact our customer service team.
Delivery Service
The service and delivery of the products by third-party courier includes only delivery to the ground floor and/or the front door (a door-to-door service) by a single delivery driver. It does not include carrying products inside, upstairs, placement, removal of wrapping, or any additional services. It is your responsibility to arrange for a means to bring the product inside from the front door or ground floor of the residence or building.
Assembly
At sidiz.au, we understand that assembling furniture can be time-consuming and challenging. Most of our products are shipped flat-packed for ease of transport and to reduce the risk of damage in transit. Some items can be delivered assembled. Please note that unless we have indicated on the product page that the item is delivered assembled, the item will be delivered flat-packed.
All of our flat-packed furniture comes with easy-to-follow assembly instructions, which are included in the package or can be found on the product page. If you have any queries regarding assembly once you receive your product(s), please don’t hesitate to contact us for assistance.
We also offer complete assembly services, including full rubbish removal, for an additional charge. If you have any specific requirements, please contact us at support@sidiz.au or call us on 1300 002 580 so one of our friendly staff can assist you in booking an assembly date.
Please note that whilst we always do everything we can to assist a client in completing the project on time, we hold no liabilities to any party for any direct or indirect damages caused by the delay of deliveries incurred as a result of delays from installations.
