sidiz.au provides a Limited Product Warranty (the “Warranty”) on its products in Australia and New Zealand. This Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of five (5) years from the date of purchase, unless otherwise specified in the product description or packaging.

The Warranty only applies to the original purchaser and is not transferable. To make a claim under the Warranty, the purchaser must provide satisfactory proof of purchase, such as the original register receipt or online proof of purchase (tax invoice). The Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, accidents, or modifications to the product.

Under the Warranty, sidiz.au will, at its discretion, repair or replace any defective product or component, or provide a refund of the purchase price. sidiz.au will cover the cost of shipping for any repairs or replacements made under the Warranty.

Please note that the processing time for repairs or replacements may take up to 6-8 weeks. If a product or component is no longer covered under the Warranty, replacement parts may be available for purchase. Please contact our customer service team for information on replacement parts and pricing.

If a replacement product is provided, it will be covered under the Warranty for the remaining period of the original warranty. However, any repairs or replacements made under the Warranty do not extend the original warranty period.

The Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by improper installation, storage, or maintenance. The Warranty is also subject to any applicable laws and regulations, including the Australian Consumer Law.

In addition to the Warranty, sidiz.au also offers extended warranties for select products. These extended warranties provide coverage beyond the standard Warranty period and may include additional benefits such as on-site service and repair.
